BBVA Spain Digital Transformation, I have participated in the design of the new intranet for personal banking managers and call centre agents. Our solution included the design of the features for remote personal banking that will allow BBVA employees to work from anywhere at any time.

Openbank, requirements gathering, user research, analysis and design of the Mortgages and associated Insurances and stand-alone Insurances.

Globant Labs, user research, design thinking and ideation workshops to create personas, customer journeys and features list to define a team mood tracker that will help team leaders to engage and support to their remote team members.

H2i Institute - Service Design master degree  

Service Designer  

LaraGo!, contacted H2i Institute with a need to expand it business. Design thinking and Service design methodologies applied to define an innovative service we named Match&Go!. The service aims to socialise the learning abroad experience under the shared economy premises.

  • Ibercaja-Bizum, user testing of the P2P payments solution and refining the prototypes according to the results.

  • Bankinter. Popcoin, design thinking sessions to ideate a delegated portfolio management service to attract small investors. With an educational approach and by connecting personal investments and savings with life goals, we validated with Bankinter the responsive prototype of the solution and product narrative.

Anyvan

Sr UX Researcher and Designer (contractor) 

Anyvan is a delivery, removals and transport marketplace with the need to improve the ‘get instant prices’ user journeys and provide a consistent experience for its customers in all its channels. Heuristic Evaluation of the desktop version and native apps. Client Surveys and Employee Surveys to analyse user journeys and provide actionable insights to include in the UX plan of the jobs to be done.

Algomi

Sr UX Researcher & Designer

  • Algomi needed to become a SaaS company to avoid integration costs. The goal was to create a consistent experience for our customers and reducing developing costs by creating Algomi’s design system.

  • Heuristic evaluation, Stakeholders interviews, User research and UX plan. Agile scrum with different product teams, designing and documenting new features to include in the design system we were defining.

Ratesetter

  • Back-office, Ratesetter needed to design the company’s Back-office with an employee-centric approach. Heuristic Evaluation, Employee interviews, Contextual shadowing, Task analysis, Mental models, Interaction Design and Implementation.

  • Members site, Information Architecture of our private area. Card Sorting. Site map.

  • Ratesetter.com, usability and accessibility review of the product created by Elvis Communications agency. CRO techniques applied to our online forms.
